When your company Dispatch account is created, 1 user will receive a welcome email from Dispatch. This video covers how that user can login, add their team, and add their cellphone number to their profile so they won't need to remember a password.
Individuals at your company in the role of dispatcher or both log are able to cancel an appointment in the Dispatch Manager mobile application. Canceling the appointment will revert the job back to the unscheduled status.
Secondary technician routes will appear on the map view, displaying their route. Important info: Only the Primary Technician can status the appointment. Secondary Technicians can only view the job details.

You can create an Estimate for a customer on any job that you wish to provide "estimated" pricing and capture signatures prior to creating an Invoice. Please note: This can also be done by a Dispatcher from the web application.
Before creating any Estimates or Invoices we suggest visiting the settings page to choose your payments options and sequential numbering. If you charge taxes, you'll certainly want to setup tax rates as applicable to your company.

If your technician has push notifications enabled for the Dispatch Field app, they will receive your message similar to how a text message is delivered, even if the Field app is closed. If they would prefer, push notifications can be disabled.
Tech matching allows you to easily match jobs which require specific skills with the right technician. (For example, junior vs. senior, plumbing vs hvac, different types of equipment, brands or certification levels)

Customer information such as contact methods and notification settings can be modified by accessing the customer contact card. Generate your own leads with our free customer booking page. Link it to your website, social media pages, and even your email signature so customers can easily send you appointment requests. These appointment requests will automatically be visible in Dispatch, giving your customers a digital way to request service from you, and minimizing your manual entry of their info.. it's a win-win!
