Inbox is a premium feature that provides an alternate channel of communication, in the form of digital messaging, between your office staff and customers, as well as your office staff and field staff. Watch this overview video to get a feel for how it works!
If your technician has push notifications enabled for the Dispatch Field app, they will receive your message similar to how a text message is delivered, even if the Field app is closed. If they would prefer to not have push notifications turned on, your technicians can find your messages in the "Messages" section at the bottom right of the app next to "Settings". If no messages are showing, you can pull up on the screen to refresh. Technician's responses will be visible to any Dispatcher via our Work web application.

Calendar Events give you the ability to add events to the calendar that are not linked to a particular Job. This feature enables you to create placeholder events in your team's calendar for non-service activities, whether those are personal time off, non-billable tasks like supply runs, or any other occasion that you wish to indicate an event in the schedule.
To create customer labels: Click on 'Settings', then 'Company' in the Desktop Application. Next, click on 'Presets'. Click 'Add Label' underneath customer presets and enter your new customer label! This video shows how to do this and how to add a label to a specific customer from the customer list.
Customer information such as contact methods and notification settings can be modified by accessing the customer contact card. This video walks you through how to access that information from the job details page. Generate your own leads with our free customer booking page. Link it to your website, social media pages, and even your email signature so customers can easily send you appointment requests. These appointment requests will automatically be visible in Dispatch, giving your customers a digital way to request service from you, and minimizing your manual entry of their info.. it's a win-win!
